1. Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing access, or using NB Project, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
2. Accounts and licenses
Customer accounts use a permanent Discord user ID. Licenses are personal, non-transferable, and may bind to a device on first activation. You are responsible for protecting your Discord account and license keys.
3. Product availability
Software compatibility can change when operating systems or supported third-party software change. Product pages and Discord notices provide current status. Updates are provided when reasonably available, but a specific feature cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.
4. Payments
Stripe processes automated card payments. PayPal, Ko-fi, and cryptocurrency purchases are handled manually through private Discord tickets. Never send payment information in public channels.
5. Suspension
Access may be suspended for chargebacks, fraud, sharing, abuse, attempts to bypass licensing, or violations of applicable law and these policies. Records may be preserved for review and dispute handling.
6. Warranty and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for checking compatibility and keeping backups of your own data.
