Digital access
Because licenses provide immediate digital access, completed purchases are generally final after delivery, except where a refund is required by applicable law or explicitly approved after support review.
Requesting help
Contact support through a private Discord ticket before opening a payment dispute. Include the order reference, but never post full license keys or payment details publicly.
Approved refunds
When Stripe reports a refund, the related order is marked refunded and only the license created by that order is disabled. The order, license, and audit history are retained. An administrator can review and reverse an incorrect automated action.
Disputes
A payment dispute marks the related order disputed and disables its associated license while the case is reviewed. Unrelated licenses on the same account are not affected.
